FAQs
How does a participant create a SLSA Members Area Account?
Watch the video below to be guided through how to create a SLSA Members Area account.
Each participant requires their own unique members area account to access SLSA eLearning and other SLSA mobile applications.
How can I tell which Education documents to use in the SLS Members Area Document Library?
When entering the SLS Members Area Document Library, ensure you have the following document settings selected:
- Organisation = Surf Life Saving NSW
- Categories = Education
- Officer Positions = Education
Please note that some education resources released to the Surf Life Saving Australia Library are not currently endorsed for use in NSW.
For this reason, please ensure you use the SLSNSW Course Resource Links Documents which will always link you to the latest version of resources endorsed for use within NSW.
Why can’t I see the Restricted Education Resources in the Document Library?
Only currently endorsed TAFs, Probationary TAFs and Education Officers may see restricted education resources within the SLS Members Area Document Library.
Please contact your Branch Director of Education if you are having difficulties accessing the restricted resources.
How do members access the PSAR35 training manual?
