Episode 01 - Ironman
In 2019 Max Brooks of Newport SLSC took out the Australian Ironman Title at Broadbeach. It was Shannon Eckstein's final race before retirement and the crowd was behind the Queensland athlete the whole way. But Max strategically worked his way through the field to take the win.
In this episode, join Max with his coach Nick Carroll and brother Charlie, who was also in the race, to talk through tactics, techniques and what was going through the champion Ironman's head throughout the race.
