Club Management Induction Program
The Club Management Induction Program is made up of three parts:
- Surf Life Saving NSW Club Management Induction Pack
- Local Induction
- Role-specific information

Part 1 – Surf Life Saving NSW Club Management Induction Pack
The SLSNSW Club Management Team Induction Pack aims to provide new members of Club Management Teams with an overview of their key responsibilities, and of the structure and decision-making processes of Surf Life Saving. It also signposts them to additional sources of information and support to assist them in their role.
Part 2 – Local Induction
Whilst the SLSNSW Club Management Team Induction Pack will provide new members of Club Management Teams with a basic understanding of their role, a local induction is needed to enable them to be truly effective.
The Local Induction Guide below will guide you through how to carry out a local induction. The Local Induction Templates document provides you with a range of editable templates to assist you with welcoming and inducting new members of Club Management Teams. Templates include:
