The SLSNSW Board is proposing a number of amendments to the SLSNSW Constitution to be considered at the
SLSNSW Annual General Meeting on 11th November 2022.
The SLSNSW Constitution underwent significant review and update during 2020, with a revised constitution adopted in September 2020. Given the extent of the changes, the SLSNSW Board with the State Council identified several areas which required additional focus and review to ensure the Constitution operated consistent with the operational intent of the organisation. The SLSNSW Board and State Council have undertaken extensive consultation on the changes and at recent workshops have agreed in principle to the changes noted in the document.
