Surf Life Saving NSW (SLSNSW) is committed promoting wellbeing within clubs and providing support to members involved in critical incidents. Members and staff involved in critical incidents receive check-ins and post-incident support in line with our Critical Incident & Peer Support frameworks. In addition, all members are able to access support for their involvement in Surf Life Saving through the Member Assistance Program and the National Emergency Workers Support Service.
