Below is a high-level summary of what tasks you need to perform.

Branch Director of Member Services/Junior Activities | The Branch Director of Member Services/Junior Activities can assist you in understanding your role and provide information and updates from SLSNSW and SLSA. These may include changes to policies and procedure, award courses, recognition, safeguarding or member pathways.

SLSNSW Director of Member Services | The SLSNSW Director of Member Services sits on the SLSNSW Board and represents the voice of members strategically. They work closely with the Branch Directors of Member Services (volunteers) and SLSNSW Membership staff members.

SLSNSW Membership Manager | They collate feedback from junior activities and member services positions at lower organisational levels and monitor changing industry requirements to lead organisational change at a state level, e.g., policy and procedure changes.

SLSNSW Membership Team | The NSW Membership team coordinates the junior activity chair training and resources available to clubs. This team works directly with the Director and Branch Directors to ensure consistent information is available. They can answer junior activity related enquiries, assist with projects or point you in the right direction of where to find information.

What Resources Do You Need To Be Familiar With?
The SLSA Junior Resource Development Kit (JDR) in the SLS Members Area and the SLSNSW Club Guide are the key documents that you need to familiarise yourself with as they can assist you with completing some of the day to day tasks in your role.
