About the role

This role is responsible for assisting the Community Education team in booking and coordinating programs and events across New South Wales. This will include data capturing and invoicing.

What you will need:

  • Strong administrative skills and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience dealing with client correspondence and first line enquiries
  • Demonstrated accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and customer orientated approach
  • Current Driver’s license
  • Flexible approach to work hours – ability to work occasional weekends or evenings at events

Some of the key duties will include:

  • Coordinate bookings, allocating casual staff, resources and equipment as required
  • Organise and maintain administration processes, filing systems, other records, and all correspondence
  • Process, generate and distribute invoices
  • Ensure accurate data entry and data maintenance relating to bookings and evaluations
  • Coordinate resource and equipment distribution for bookings and events as required

Position: Part Time – 3 days per week. 18 Month Contract
