Academy Sales Support Administrator

Reporting to the Academy Business Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective, efficient and timely clerical and sales support for the Academy team.

The Australian Lifesaving Academy NSW (ALA NSW) is the professional First Aid Training arm of Surf Life Saving NSW and is one of the fastest growing providers of accredited First Aid Training in NSW. The ALA NSW delivers Nationally Recognised approved First Aid Training to thousands of people every year.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated Sales Support Administrator to join our professional Australian Lifesaving Academy working from our Headquarters in Belrose. The right person for this role will be a solution focussed, tech savvy administrator who would enjoy supporting our sales team to achieve targets.

Some of the key duties will include
  • Providing clerical, administrative and project support
  • Participate with the sales team on marketing activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through correspondence and client bookings
Essential Experience Required
  • Fast learner and self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask and excellent data entry skills
  • Sound computer skills particularly in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and great work ethic
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full Driver’s Licence

Location: Surf Life Saving NSW Headquarters – Belrose

Position: Full time (Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5pm)
